Pardo will review your participation and coordinate your referral code with you. Enrollment does not activate a reward or a customer account.
Program conditions
- Free enrollment, subject to Pardo review. Promoters do not need to purchase inventory. Enrollment does not create an employment relationship or guarantee earnings.
- Pardo must accept each referral before the first purchase. Only new businesses without an existing account or sales opportunity qualify. No self-referrals or commonly owned businesses. One beneficiary per business, identified before ordering.
- The reward is $100 per qualifying new business: product credit for Pardo customers or a one-time cash payment for independent promoters. The referred business must complete at least 4 purchases of $300 or more each, delivered and fully paid within 90 days of the first paid purchase. A larger purchase does not replace the required number of purchases.
- Only net merchandise amounts actually collected count, after discounts and returns. Taxes, delivery charges and portions paid with promotional or Rewards credits are excluded. Artificially splitting an order does not meet the order minimum.
- Credit is applied to the referring business account in good standing for future product purchases; it is not cash and does not pay overdue balances. Promoters receive a one-time bonus, with no recurring commission. Pardo verifies invoices and collection before approving any reward and coordinates delivery directly.
- The pilot is limited to 10 accepted referrals. Submitting a request does not reserve a place. Accepted referrals keep their terms if the pilot closes.
- This program is separate from 3% Rewards, whose eligibility and terms remain unchanged. There is no additional welcome bonus or double referral reward for the same business.
- Share your code; interested businesses enter their own details. Do not publish private pricing or promise credit, discounts, availability or exclusivity on Pardo’s behalf. Promoters are not authorized to collect customer payments.
